Dr. Jayam is one of the kindest and most caring doctors in New York. I was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia in 2022, he did ablation and put me on Metoprolol. I feel much better, and thank Dr. Jayam for that. Unfortunately, his staff members who work in the office are not very friendly. Most of the time they're rude and shows unwelcoming attitude. It makes me feel like never to go back again. Hope they can improve on that.

Dr. Jayam is extremely kind, caring, experienced, and understanding. Going to see him at St. Francis Hospital was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I was struggling with SVT since December 2023, and I had my first EP study and ablation performed at Good Samaritan by another cardiologist in February, which unfortunately was not successful. Since I was still having heart issues, my previous cardiologist referred me to Dr. Levine's office, and I chose to see Dr. Jayam in March. I tend to be a very anxious person, especially when it comes to medical issues, but Dr. Jayam was extremely patient with me and helped calm all my anxieties. He took the time to explain everything step by step, and even drew a diagram for me so I really understood what was happening. I knew I was in good hands from our very first appointment; he really listened to me, and I never felt rushed in his office. He performed my second ablation in May, which thankfully was a success! After going through 5 months of fearing SVT, I honestly feel like I have my life back again. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Jayam for changing my life -- he is truly the best!!
