Truly exceptional care. My kids and I feel listened to and I have been very pleased over the years with all 3 of the doctors' recommendations for care. Additionally, all of the women at the front desk are very helpful which makes the whole process of visiting the doctor a pleasant one.

I take my two kids there . The staff , doctor was very nice and friendly. Hospital was very clean. I recommend everyone this place . They take care of everything. My kids also like the place and they like the doctor too.

I had a very frustrating experience with this pediatrician's office. I scheduled an appointment a month ago and provided all the necessary information, including my baby's insurance details. However, just a week before the appointment, they informed me that they do not accept my baby's insurance. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since they had all the details upfront. Additionally, I sent in my baby's medical records, but when I followed up, they claimed they didn't have anything on file. This lack of communication and organization is concerning, and it ultimately led to delays in my baby's shots. While I'm relieved I didn't proceed with this office, it makes me worried about what could have been neglected if I had continued with them. I sincerely hope they improve their internal communication in the future and show more respect for their clients' time by not cutting them off during calls. I wouldn't recommend this office based on my experience.

We LOVE the doctors and office staff and my son has been a patient of the practice for more than a decade. The problem is that since Optum took over the management of the practice a few years ago it is a nightmare to schedule an appointment though the Optum central office that seems to use overseas operators. What used to be a 2 minute call to get slotted in for a sick appointment is now a 20+ minute ordeal. Then you have to go through a complicated online check-in process through their portal. It's gotten to the point where after 11 great years of care I am considering going elsewhere because it's such a bad experience just getting in to see our doctor.

We decided to switch to a new pediatrician & we are so glad we did! We had our first appt this morning with Dr. Peloso and she was so incredibly sweet.. she didn't rush us at all and the entire staff was wonderful.. the office is so clean.. if anyone is looking for a pediatrician I would highly recommend her office!!
