UR Medicine Cardiac Care - Red Creek

Don't trust a word they say here regarding procedure type, cost of care, nor procedure cost. UR Med as an organization is predatory at best and significant reason we are relocating out of the area after a decade of living here. UR Med provided a procedure code for us to use for cost estimating with insurance as required, but then used a different specialty code when billing, costing us thousands more than originally anticipated. The original code provided was confirmed with our insurance company when they called to confirm coverage. We never would've gone forward with the testing had they provided the correct code to begin with, and UR Med has refused to do anything to amend the situation.

Most caring & kind staff I have ever met. Kristen and Chaleigh were wonderful when I had my stress test done, and were so kind and patient when I didn't feel too great after. Highly recommend this location to anyone!

Dr. Gorski is a listening doctor and concerned about your health; moreover, your heart

had very good care when I went . But extremely upset as I was turned away for my 2nd visit due to the fact I had my 3 yr old with me who was disinfected and wearing a mask. I dont know what they expect parents to do when they have no one to watch their child and need to be seen for a heart condition. Family members are in work and siblings in school. I guess I will continue to not recieve help for a serious issue due to the fact I cannot have my son with me. He is not a support person he is 3 years old. Very upsetting and disheartening. Not to mention its not a short drive for us to get there and a huge waste of time and gas.

If you follow google maps don't go where it takes you. Take Calkins Rd to turn onto red creek drive where you see the loop on the maps and that will take you to the office building. For some reason maps takes you to random apartment buildings and wants you to walk through the grass over to the building.
