This doctor seemed like a God send when he performed a critical emergency procedure on my husbands heart. At the time, we didn't have insurance, but did have unity health care assistance which covered the hospital stay. Before our first follow up with this doctor his wife/ secretary called to tell us we owed over $1000 for Chockalingam' s services. We told her that we couldn't pay for that and she continued to tell us that we needed to pay her. When we come into the office she began the harassment again and wouldn't even check us in. We had a follow up appointment and the harassment commenced. We called to have a check up one year later and she said you haven't paid me so you can't be seen even though we told her we had insurance. She continued to remind us of an outstanding balance that they had already sent to collections. This office doesn't care about people-just money. The staff is highly unprofessional and if I could do more harm to their reputation I would!
