Westfall Cardiology is incredible. They take you step by step so you understand the process of the procedure. They also do follow up calls to you at home and remind you to call if you feel you have concerns or problems. They have all been great, very kind and compassionate. I am grateful they saved my life.

From my personal experience, I can say that Dr. Falkoff is rude, apathetic, and unprofessional. During my visit, the Dr. answered his cell phone in front of me and proceeded to speak blatantly about another patient's condition, test results, and medication for 3-4 minutes before removing himself from the room for several more minutes. Upon returning, he spent more time looking at his notes and speaking into his voice recorder than addressing me, the patient, and my concerns. The Dr. interrupted me multiple times while I was speaking. I had numerous questions ready to ask with pen and paper in hand, and Dr. Falkoff stood up and walked out of the room as I was speaking to him. He entered the adjacent room to see his next patient. He had previously told me he would refill medication, which he did not do. While waiting in the waiting room after the appointment to file a complaint, Dr. Falkoff passed through the room on his exit from the building. I was the only person in the waiting room at that time and he did not even have the decency to acknowledge me. After such a poor personal experience with Dr. Falkoff, and hearing him speak jokingly and apathetically about another patient, my advice is to avoid this Dr. at all cost. He does not care about you.
