I just read all the reviews here. Most were horrible siting rude staff and canceled appointments but here's the thing with me. 8 years or so ago I was having some mild chest discomfort. The office got me right in. Dr Singer performed a stress test but nothing conclusive showed up. He felt there was something going on though. We ( Dr. Singer and I) went to the hospital immediately where he performed an angiogram, found 2 severely blocked areas on a main artery. Immediately installed 2 stents in my LAD artery. I never had a heart attack and I am healthy and alive today because of his knowledge and quick action. So when I look for someone to keep me alive I don't care if the office staff is rude or demanding or if the dr's bedside manner isn't what I expect. Dr Singer saved my life that day. He will always be my cardiologist .

So I really don't take the time to write reviews however after my last experience it has motivated me to do so. Had an appointment today,January 28th. Took time off from work and drove out to there office on on 2664 Ridgeway Ave Rochester NY. Walked in and went to check in. Was quickly told they canceled my appointment because I didn't respond to a text!!!! The head lady of the office, blond hair, explained that they now have a policy that if you don't respond to a text your cancelled because first time patients have not showed up. Here is the thing I have been going there for about 8 years! I guess according to her that didn't matter it was their new policy. She was very rude and did not care I took time off from work. I never have heard of such a policy that relies on an additional confirmation from a text no less. I was pretty annoyed and angry and said that I guess I am done going here. She then responded that is ok we don't care. This is coming from a cardiologist office! In the past the staff had been unfriendly at best but I didn't care. I liked Dr. Singer he was a good guy. Too bad the staff is awful especially the blond lady. I will be reaching out to Dr. Singer about this directly. She really needs a sit down and be retrained or fired

DO NOT GO HERE! my first appointment I told the doctor I was having severe pain from the medication and the doctor told me it was in my head that this medication dosent cause joint pain even though it's listed as one of the major side effects and when I stopped taking the medication I no longer had the pain. Secondly I called to reschedule my second appointment bc I had the flu and didn't want to you know spread it and the office lady was completely rude! She told me it was a week away and there was no reason for me to cancel despite having the flu. Then proceeded to tell me there were people with real problems that needed the appointment more than me and I better not no call no show to the appointment even though I just explained I was sick and wanted to reschedule she wouldn't let me and instead told me my health wasn't important enough compared to other patients. Clearly they don't actually care about providing actual care to their patients! I'd recommend going literally anywhere else!

I've had more than my fair share of health issues so I've been in many doctors offices. I typically write glowing reviews as there are a lot of great offices but wow. I've never dealt with more miserable front desk staff in my life. I typically give people the benefit of the doubt, maybe they're having a bad day. I went on four separate occasions & it was a as if the woman at check in got more miserable bye the appointment. Short, rude, uncomfortable & unwelcoming are all words that come to mind thinking of my experience. In the course of my 4 appointments I think I saw the doctor a total of 15 minutes. This office makes you feel like you're just a number or dollar sign. Couldn't possibly recommend any less. I would drive an hour both ways to avoid having to go there again. Buyer beware. May go have mercy on your soul.

The office staff went above and beyond to accommodate my appointment needs. The advice given over the phone was professional and compassionate. This offuce in Greece is a great location with ample parking.
