Went in for my 5 yr old. Dr made sure to include him and make him feel comfortable. He kept us all included as he was working. It is a clinic type system but it's not at all what I imagined. You get there,office is big, clean, plenty of seats. They have an efficient system for the patients. There were a few babies and older kids as well. They ran some tests during appointment nice not to have to go somewhere else and wait for results. It really felt like he enjoys his job and wants to make the experience as easy as possible. Which is great since it is very scary for us as parents. When he asked questions he listened to the answer and he listened to all our questions. He explained everything thoroughly and even took the time to draw us a little diagram so we could visualize what he was saying. It left us feeling much calmer and thankful to be able to know but more importantly understand the what and why. I would def recommend also no appt was needed though you could make one as we did.
