I have been seeing Dr. Schechter for years and have recommended my family. He always listens to your concerns and then addresses them without dismissing or disregarding you as if you're dumb. Other doctors have been doing this to me, (playing mind games) yet they don't have a solution or recommendation to improve my health. He offers many approaches to improve your health by trying different medications, doing and recommending extensive testing. very calm and patient and "Sensible" I would like to see more doctors in the community exhibit similar behaviors, instead of the lying and scheming BS. If they are prescribing medications for you, it is their responsibility to monitor your symptoms and side effects. A doctor is closest to God, failing in your basic duties is a disservice to humanity. It's okay if they don't know what is wrong with you, but at least try or make an effort to help the patient. I don't know what would have happened to me if this doctor wasn't there for me. He has been an Angel and Guardian in my life. I will always be grateful.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this office today. I arrived for my 11 AM appointment and encountered significant issues right from the check-in process. The first receptionist, a gentleman, was unable to check me in while verifying my insurance, so he suggested I wait for the other receptionist. Unfortunately, the situation only worsened when I spoke to her. The woman behind the glass was not only dismissive, but she also spoke to me in a condescending manner and aggressively yelled at me through the glass. I was simply trying to complete the check-in process, which involved verifying my insurance (already on file), and instead of assisting me, she abruptly picked up the phone mid-sentence and completely ignored me. I waited for several minutes as both receptionists acted as though I wasn't even there, completely disregarding my presence. After an hour of traveling to the office, I was left feeling utterly disregarded and disrespected. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it's incredibly frustrating to have wasted my time and energy on an appointment that I ultimately had to leave without being seen by the doctor. I will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward and strongly advise that the office staff be trained on proper customer service and respect for patients.

I had such a great experience with Dr. David Schechter! He's not only incredibly professional but also a true gentleman. You can really sense that he cares about finding the right solutions for you. He pays attention to everything you say and takes the time to explain things clearly. The manager is super sweet, and all the staff are really friendly too. I highly recommend this place!

Worst office I've ever experienced. Consistently, every appointment I've had to endure is over 2 and a half hours waiting for only a blood pressure check. Sitting and waiting, I've seen people who have co pays given special treatment and receptionists pressure clients for information on why they are attending and their diagnosis in front of the entire waiting room. This medical establishment doesn't respect anyone's time and seemingly anyones privacy. Just going is bound to give you high blood pressure. One last thing is if you are to comment on the long wait times you are told to come in earlier. Tried this my latest visit and still had to wait for a ridiculously long time. That is why I left, the incompetence of the staff, and their disregard for others time.

I moved here a little over a year now and needed a health care provider and Dr.Schechter goes above and beyond to take care of my medical issues,I highly recommend this doctor as he is professional,kind and truly cares for my well being!!!!
