Northwell Health Physician Partners at Rego Park

I visited Dr. Han for my annual physical/exam. From start to finish, the care was excellent. Dr. Han has a fantastic bedside manner; she was genuinely caring and engaged throughout the appointment, which made me feel completely comfortable and respected. I especially appreciate her thoroughness. She took her time, performed a complete examination, and asked many relevant questions to understand my health completely. She was also crystal clear in her explanations, using language that was easy to understand, never relying on confusing medical jargon. I left the office feeling fully informed and confident about my health. I highly recommend Dr. Han.

Northwell's scheduling and communication practices at their Rego Park location have been consistently unreliable and deeply frustrating. I've had multiple appointments cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute, often with no proactive communication, forcing me to rearrange work and personal obligations repeatedly. Getting clear information requires constant follow-up, and there's been little accountability or urgency from the staff to resolve these issues. This pattern shows a clear lack of care or respect for patients' time and well-being. If you need dependable, patient-centered care, you may be better off looking elsewhere.

Front desk people don't pay attention at you and they forget you. But the worst was at blood work where a young lady listening music with speaker phone from her Apple Watch and try to find my vein that is very hard to find one.... Never ever experience such a terrible thing . And the other thing was they don't call next in line they all talk inside and people waiting . Thanks to the lady at desk who ask them to help people . Shame. Am not mentioned any name but who ever is on charge at blood work department should do his job.

Very inresponsable. I had severe vomit diarrhea n discharge me quick. Also my grandmother 2 days admitted never showered her and horrible service hoapital used to be good but now all hospital are straight up garbage.

Had an appointment this morning 5/6/2025 at 9:00 am with Michelle Brenseka at the office 95-25 Queens Blvd in Rego Park. She is there to teach and show about diabetes, and how to place the monitor on. I arrived before my appointment and sat. I then asked where is she and was told she wasn't in. The person at the front called Michelle and there was no answer. She then tried again where she answered and told them, she had a drs appointment today and claims she told them. The person at the desk said, she did not inform them that she had an appointment. This was so unprofessional and a waste of my time and car fare. I paid a co-pay and ask to return my payment. I will be keeping an eye out that they don't try billing my insurance company
