My mom was a patient of Dr. Lau's quite a few years ago and I always accompanied her to the appointments. I love how down to earth he is and speaks in words it doesn't take a medical degree to understand. He is personable and kind. He walks you through each step. My uncle, my cousins husband and my husband all go to him as well. I'm very lucky to have him as part of my health team!
Dr Lau is courteous and polite, but you may wait for a long time to see him even with a scheduled appointment. He may be too busy attending to some other patients. He is in a hurry to dispense the patient to attend to others.
Dr Lau is excellent. Very bright, skilled Doctor who has an excellent bedside manor and explained test results and procedures in a manner that I could understand. He truly cares for his patients needs and health. A definite pleasure to have met him.
Dr Lau is a great Dr with excellent bedside manner. He takes time to listen to your concerns and clearly explains everything. He is very good at following up when there is an issue to see that you are very concerned. On like other doctors, he doesn't rush into ordering unnecessary procedures. I have referred several friends to him and they are all happy
