Irina Mullokandova

Dr. Mullokandova is a fine doctor. She is my mother's primary physician. She has given my mother excellent care, respect and dignity, and my mom feels very comfortable with her. The times that I have met with Dr. Mullokandova have been positive experiences. She answers all questions in an easy to understand way, that my mother is able to understand. Overall, she has demonstrated that she is knowledgeable and has provided excellent care. I'm very happy and satisfied with the exceptional care my mom receives.

Absolutely horrible experience. She is unprofessional and condescending. She refused to give me an antibiotic when I had a skin infection and when I asked her for an antibiotic, she got defensive and refused further treatment. The infection (MRSA) got worse and I contacted Teledoc again. Thankfully, I had a different provider who immediately recognized what was wrong and prescribed be with an oral antibiotic and got me well again. I wholeheartedly feel as though she should not have a job and she does not have her patient's best interest and health in mind. I cannot stress enough how terrible the experience was as I hung up the phone in tears.

We have completed a number of tele-health visits over the years. First time with a DO, Mullokandova. She took 5min to tell me what I knew and offered no treatment whereas any another other competent provider would offer proper treatment based on clinical data and history. Clearly does not listen to patients and relevant history. Rude and not compassionate.
