I met with Dr Nasri this morning. He was very pleasant he listened to me. He answered all of my questions. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. We are very fortunate to have him in our community.

I was already extremely dissatisfied with Plattsburgh cardiology as I wore a heart monitor in the spring and could have no one tell me anything even after messaging on my chart and calling.i have had multiple people tell me they had to switch because of the lack of care. I'm back in online school and need to know if I can be put back on my adhd medication and still have no answers on that. I was running late to an appointment that I called about and was okayed and because I sat in the line in the waiting room passed the 15 mins I wasn't seen after waiting for 20 minutes to be told that. I then had an appointment at 1:30 that I was reminded to go to. I get there to be told that appointment is also canceled with no call and waiting twenty minutes after saying I would be seen. I lost a day of work and two trips of gas for no reason and still have no answers. The lack of care is sad.

Just got off the phone with Megan and I have never been talk to like that from a my doctors office. I was asking about the covid -19 shots and she was so load and rude. All I was asking if they are giving letters stating my health condition. She was practically yelling at me. If she worked for me and I heard that she would be down the road.

The tech and nurse were amazing they knew I was scared and took time to explain and help me through the process
