I accompany my mother to her appointments with Doctor Balaji Pratap, a compassionate and meticulous physician who takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Despite a potentially busy schedule, he never gives off the impression of being rushed. I had a 2:45 appointment (paid my copay) I sat there till 4:00 and left because I was not seen yet. Received a call at 4:45 asking where I was cause they were calling me next. Over 2 hours after my appointment time!!! They had the nerve to send me a missed appointment fee of $50! I didn't miss my appointment! The doctor missed mine. I've been there 4 times and all 4 times there was at least an hour wait. Horrible practice and will definitely not be recommending them to anyone. I've had other bad experiences but I don't even want to waste the hour it would take me to write them all.

prob one of the worst doctors offices i've ever been to . front desk staff are rude and are miserable. Dr Varma left early the day i had my first appointment, said he has somewhere to be. then after all my testing have no heard from him. on my follow up appt i sat in the waiting room for an hour as they were closing and all of his staff were saying goodnight and leaving. then he never showed up for my telehealth appointment. VERY unprofessional. do not recommend

Dr varma is an outstanding doctor, but his office staff are rude, Nasty and condescending towards all their patients. My pcp called dr varma directly to have test results sent over 3 months ago. Dr varma said it would be done. It never got done. His staff needs retraining or to find a new line of work.
