It is a good feeling when you enter a dr's office and are treated kindly and quickly when you arrive. All the staff was friendly. The Doctor was fantastic. He really took his time during my visit and explained and answered all my concerns and questions. I highly recommend going to Brookhaven Heart. You will treated with respect and they truly care about you.

Dr Jacob Mathew, a very very patient doctor. We were not rushed at all, he took the time to draw diagram and explain all of the details from mom's CT scan(which were done at another practice). He had A kind and light demeanor with a personal and caring approach. Appreciated that he is not a medicine pusher, but supported a healthy nutrition approach too, and suggested a supplement instead. We will be returning and continuing follow up for mom with Dr. Jacob with confidence and trust.

I am very satisfied with the medical staff and my care at Brookhaven Heart. I have seen Saurin Patel for cardiology and Jacob Mathew for neurology and both doctors have been thorough and attentive. The office has flexible scheduling. The only reason I will not give them 5 stars is due to the front desk staff. I find them a bit unprofessional and dismissive. I have heard them openly mocking patients which is inexcusable. However, I am not detracted from the providers as that's who I am there to see.

The sign-in is efficient and relatively easy, any difficulties you may have the ladies at the front desk get up and assist you. Dr Alexander is marvelous, I've worked with him before, polite, listens and explains in understandable terms. Technicians were polite, yet expeditious. Wonderful visit all around.

Experience was very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. But my concern is that they did not have my records from Summit Health where I'd been seeing Dr Troy Dickerson.
