Scheduled an appointment in December for February as a new patient. Something should have sent off the red flags as to why I didn't get a confirmation, I figured they don't do follow-up confirmation so I'd call the day before my appointment. Totally forgot to call, so I nevertheless went at the time the appointment was for. I get there, filled out the paperwork, then they tell me two things, one, the doctor is out on an emergency, and won't be in until March, which sounded weird because the lady was fumbling when telling me, then the second lady said we're not taking any new patients. Which is weird because I provided that information prior to me scheduling my appointment. Needless to say, the experience weas HIGHLY unprofessional and although the staff was nice, I found the experience to be of lower standards and a waste of my time.
