Dr. Michael Avaricio

My grandmother is lying in the hospital and almost to dying due to Dr Avaricio's medical negligence. He refuses to answer phone calls from doctors who are contacting him from hospitals who are trying to let him know that one of their patients are dying and bleeding to death. Dr Avaricio had been prescribing my grandmother a medicine for many years now and he has not been measuring her levels to make sure the dosage was safe, due to this; she had internal bleeding and almost lost her. The staff keeps saying that the manager of the office will return my calls and return the hospitals calls but the office manager or Dr avaricio never returns the calls... the hospital even said that this cardiology team of avaricio is dangerous and who ever is his patient; your life is at stake... if the situation gets worse, we will press charges immediately ... by the way, due to this kind of negligence, there has been a patient of Dr avaricio that has in the past under his care. Just throwing that out there. Be careful

Been going there since my son was months old he is now 7! I wanted just one pediatrician for my son who knows everything about him since birth and I have her! Dr. Elizabeth Avaricio is by far the best pediatrician. I have referred many moms and dads to her! She even does televisits! She's caring, knowledgeable, responsive and AMAZING!

I've called to check my son's blood work results and they were given to me by the front desk staff not the doctor. I feel that Doctors nowadays don't take anyone serious...I wanted my son to have a urine test and doctor has been dismissive about it...Doctor said that the Insurance will not cover it...I had switch to this Doctor because there's no good pediatricians out there. I will call my insurance to change the doctor again..! That's how Doctors lose patients..All I wanted was a urine test for my son period.

Went there on a Wed had a sonogram waited 1 &1/2 still no dr. Asked if he could call me with results they said sure and it is now Monday and still no call lol I'm guessing everything is ok. A phone call would have been nice. This is why I hate going to the dr the waits are so long

Very frank and nice doctor. All of his staff are friendly and have a good conversation. The guy who does the gamma imaging is very nice and helpful. They all made sure I was comfortable during my tests.
