I was searching for a PCP in Jefferson valley as a new resident of the area. I booked through Optum with this doctor 2 times. The first time she cancelled last minute without reason. Today, I was 12 minutes late and was called that I would have to reschedule. After waiting a whole two months to see her. This is terrible customer service. I have to be courtesies when you cancel on me and I cannot get the same treatment when I'm running a little behind schedule. Thanks for nothing doctor. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for her front desk staff that tried to be kind.
