Honestly writing this review because our visit to a female doctor at this facility literally has left my parent in tears for two days. The doctor told them "well at least something is functioning correctly" after looking at his heart because he has other major health issues in a different organ. Can you imagine dedicating your life to medicine all to be disheartening and belittle your patients? This woman has no business in the medical practice if she clearly lacks empathy. I can't even believe those words left her mouth. We were in utter disbelief. These patients are human beings who have real life issues that they deal with everyday. I would consider this review before taking your loved one to see a medical professional who makes them feel worse about their body and hurts their feelings so deeply, the words stick with them for days on end. Truly a negative experience I hope no one has to go through.
