Patient of dr. Prashad Do not go to or see her. Her staff is dismissive and does not care. Her manager lied to me said she was not in. But she was seeing patients. The whole month of July was a nightmare. The dr. Could not get a fax to my medical supply company so I could have my supplies shipped to me. Then my supply company said they received the prescription on monday but was missing amount of renewals. I called dr. Prashad office on Friday cause I was notified that my supply company has received the fax back regarding renewals. The office had the fax for a whole week. Finally I had break down screaming why they can't just do their job. I asked the manager who will pay for my supplies that I am not getting. They don't care

I feel like I finally found a great doctor. Dr. Prashad is warm, understanding, and never judgy. I feel like she takes her time with me, I never feel rushed, yet she's always on time. That's the sign of a well run office. Raquel, is equally as amazing. She's spent countless hours advocating for me to have a prescription medication covered by insurance. She followed up with them multiple times on her own and got it approved. I really feel cared about as a patient there! Thank you Dr. Prashad and Raquel!!!

I recently saw Dr Prashad, she is very thorough and patient in answering any questions you may have. She's very caring and makes you feel comfortable .Her assistant Raquel took my vitals, drew blood ( I didn't feel a thing)she is extremely caring and friendly, a lovely girl .

Dr. Prashad is the BEST! Makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. Her nurse Raquel is extremely nice! Again, so happy this is where we chose to have our primary care!

I was completely dismissed by Dr. Prashad back at an appointment in March. I've since found out I have cancer. I don't think it's reasonable to expect Dr. Prashad to have been able to diagnose me. However it is reasonable to be listened to and properly evaluated when you visit a doctor with valid concerns. Dr. Prashad did not perform any physical exam whatsoever, let alone order any blood tests or offer any referrals. She simply looked at my bloodwork from my well-visit the previous June, then told me I was completely fine and if I was feeling unwell it's just allergies and I should take Flonase. I hope she learns not to be so dismissive of patients in the future.
