I came in for the first time today as a new patient tranferring to this office as my new PCP. I was called in promptly at my appoiment time of 1:00 pm and had my new patient screening conducted by Anji and Jessica. A PHENOMENAL DUO. I felt very welcomed and comfortable with quite a few laughs shared as my introduction to the office. I was then lead to a room where I met NP Courtney who is also INCREDIBLE. She examined me, was clear about everything she was doing and finding - healthy with good vitals. She heard out all of my concerns ands had her staff svelte my follow up appointments right away to address them as well as gave me recommendations to other offices such as for local OBGYNs. I look forward to returning and my continued care at this office!

I recently went to this office for an annual check up. I have not been seen by a primary in some time, other than urgent care. I was referred by a friend. What caught my attention is the office has a flexible schedule and I was able make an appointment almost immediately. The staff was attentive and patient. Unfortunately the kiosk machine was the only way to check-in. It was a bit sluggish. However, Dr. Courtney Palazzolo is welcoming, actively listened to my concerns, explained step by step the process, provided insight and had an upbeat personality. I highly recommend seeing her and felt comfortable in speaking with Dr. Palazzolo. I look forward to seeing her again in the near future.

Excellent experience, everyone was really nice, especially Jules, she performed the test on me like a seasoned professional although she's young, you're definitely in good hands, which is a good thing being im a little weird about my feet But, % great experience! Thank you

Friendly & Personal I had a great experience here! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The doctors really take their time to listen and explain everything clearly. You can tell they care about their patients -- I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

I do not recommend to anyone even doctors! Terrible front office politeness. I did my annual check for the first time; the company requires to schedule a personal visit(to charge another visit) just for the doctor to prescribe our prescriptions that are the same for the last 5 years.
