This office is horrible, I don't know what other word to use. They have very outdated systems and practices. I'm an ER nurse and I got called into a shift overnight and was unable to make my appointment, I called in the morning since I was at work overnight .They have a policy about no shows or late calls and they charge $30, but there's no way to call the office and no one to pick up the phone to call in advance during certain hours. The day prior they did not have office hours, But they still go ahead and charge you the fee. They are closed all the time and unable to do electronic scripts or do anything that's close to modern day advancements. The care is subpar and they don't really address any of your concerns. They like to have you come in in excess to overcharge your insurance , but little is done about the actual health concern that you are going in for. Through all of this my health concern has yet to be corrected And anyone searching for answers or help should stay clear of this office. Save your time, insurance money and stress and go somewhere else. Not to mention, one time I had poison ivy and the doctor would not even come into the room to see me. I did not have any fresh poison ivy oil on me and I had been treated for it for weeks. This was okay not to come into the room to see a patient, but they can charge $30 when someone gets called into work and has no ability to call ahead of time because they have no proper answering service. They also called the schedule me for an appointment and then forgot to put it on the books and told me that they never did call, also they canceled several times and there's no repercussions for them doing so. Because I decided to bring that to their attention about both the poison ivy and their canceling on patients, they retaliated by calling a mutual patient and friend and ask for $30 for a cancellation from years ago. They went on to talk to that person and say that I am no longer going to be seen by their office and stating my name and personal medical information, which is a HIPAA violation!!!! When I called the office up to explain that this is unacceptable and against medical practice, The Secretary put me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up. I called back and ask for an email address to correspond with and she put me on hold again, and then refused to give me an email address. This is just unacceptable! An office that won't provide an email address and exposes your information to other patients and then calls that patient up to retaliate to get $30 for a past cancellation from years ago. I've never heard of such Stone age medical care and it's quite disgusting that they would conduct themselves and such a childish way. The staff is rude and incompetent as well as the providers. I'm an actual disbelief that this could happen in 2025. I work in the medical field and I have never experienced such disrespect and incompetence. I hate doing negative reviews like this, But I want to save someone from experiencing this in the future. Stay clear this office. It was not about the $30, it was about the inconsistency and unprofessionalism. You cannot pick and choose who you're going to charge and if you're going to have a policy it has to be fair to the patient. If the patient is unable to call and cancel with appropriate notice and time due to your office hours and lack of answering service, then how can you charge them. when a patient raises a concern, the last thing you should do is retaliate by calling the referring patient to ask for $30 that you didn't charge them in the past and then expose someone's personal health information. I cannot believe that this happened in 2025

The only thing good about this place is her PA Kathleen. Dr. Chaudhuri is condescending. Thinks shes God and is rude. When my husband first was referred to her until she realized how ill he was she stated you're not doing me any favors I don't need patients i have plenty. She continued him on one of his insulin injections even after he was stopped that medication while in the hospital as they found that he didn't need it. So he went back on it because 'she's the doctor ' and he had a medical emergency the very next day that resulted in a 4 day hospital stay. I was told I needed to step up and take care of him and that I couldn't handle him and I should put him in a nursing home. Guess what. He's doing fine with his pcp handling his diabetes. Then to top off I paid $40 CASH co pay as the girl said we didn't pay his last visit? I didn't get a receipt. When I called and asked for one to be mailed to me I was told 'they don't do that ' since my husbands pcp is now handling his diabetes and we WILL NEVER go back to chaudhuri i sent a note with a self addressed stamped envelope so they could send my $40 CASH RECEIPT. Never received it. I called on 7/21 and was told they had the note and envelope but they're under staffed and busy! SERIOUSLY. How long does it take to put a receipt in an already addressed and stamped envelope? Just typical of the arrogance of her and her staff.

I have hypothyroidism which has been stable for years until cancer treatments. I have been to Dr. Chaudherys 3 times. She and her NP are wonderful, knowledgeable, patient and take the time to answer questions. She has my medication and labs right where they should be. I now believe I have metabolic syndrome due to chemotherapy and I have faith that with working with her and her staff, over time we will get me stabilized. I highly recommend this practice for your endocrine and diabetic care.

I have never felt so unheard in my entire life. I didn't see the other reviews until I was in the waiting room. The np who came in to talk to me before the doctor was amazing. I asked if the bad reviews were true because I was anxious and she reassured me those are all from people with diabetes who don't listen to the doctors orders and aren't getting any better. She reassured me my case was different and wasn't my fault so I would be treated better. When the doctor came in she stood over me and just asked me questions. Any time I would try to go into detail about some of my symptoms she would cut me off and say she didn't care about that only what she was asking. She told me my symptoms will only get better if I lose weight (the cause is from hormones not weight) and I told her I've been trying and I'm struggling. I asked if she could prescribe me something to help and she told me she doesn't help with weight loss because if she helped me she would have to help everyone and there aren't enough doctors in her office to handle the amount of obese patients who would want help. I felt extremely frustrated and left the room crying. The receptionist told me they need to take my picture for my account and I said can we please do it later because I didn't want to me crying in a photo. She told me insurance wouldn't cover my visit if I passed so now I have pictures of me sobbing on my chart. The worst experience I have ever had and I'm still gonna get slammed with a first appointment charge when nothing was even accomplished. I waited 2 months for this appointment just to be to intimidated to get answers for the symptoms I know I have. Do not go here.

I was told i missed a apportionment in which i remember being at 100% even the person who took me remember me going to the appointment. Anita wanted me to pay $30 no show fee. I asked to be able to contact my insurance company to make sure because mistake happens to verify if they were billed that day.. Anita became irate and refused to see me anymore because i wanted to check with my insurance. She said i didn't trust her...strange wouldn't you say. I wish i would of read the reviews before i went to her by referral.... Remind you i been going to her office for over a year never met her but once. My 1st visit and she was rude and had a negative energy. The Np is who i seen... She's great My opinion seek another doctor. I always wonder why nobody was really ever at this office.
