Crhc is an exceptional one stop shop! Ive been a patient there for years and have had excellent experience with each and everyone of my providers! I highly recommend the exceptional healthcare they provide. Their standard of practice is consistent with the medical practice protocols among all their sites and other institutions ! I and my family are currently being cared for at crhc and will continue going there for years to come! The providers where at work even during our first winter snowstorm in Newburgh!

Long post! echocardiogram tech very unprofessional and very rude! My husband had an appointment 3pm today. He was stuck in traffic. 3:06 went to front desk informing them that he was going to be another 20 mins late should I reschedule or will they be able to see him. The very NICE receptionist said "let me call and check if they will have time to see him" she called and who ever she spoke with said yes she can see him but to hurry cause they leave at 4pm to pick their kids up. 3:21 husband checks in go upstairs quickly runs to the bathroom tech comes out calls him I said he is here just ran to the bathroom ( maybe 1 minute) you can see she is very frustrated and angry as she rolled her eyes at me. He comes out I said she called you she told me to stay in waiting area. As walking down the hallway she states "did you know your appointment was 20 mins ago" at that point I jump up to tell her I informed front desk and they called and said you'd take him only to see her unprofessionalism by speaking to my husband with her back turned then she say "Well we are going to make this quick cause I have to get my kids" less the 10 mins he was back in the wait room!!!
I work in the medical field also, so I understand when a patient is late it sets you behind, but she shouldnt have said yes to seeing him then. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was back in my car by 3:40.

I wasn't feeling well and my son dove me to Crstal Run Healthcare in Newburgh 1/2 hour before Urgent Care closed at 7:30pm. The staff was remarkable from the time that I checked in until the time that I left which was close to 8:30pm. To Dr. Benton, Angie, Kelly and the night staff -Thank You for your professionalism, patience and time. I felt comfortable, safe and in good hands. Angie and Kelly work well together. The other staff were kind and attentive as well. To the young lady who bought me the blanket-Thank You again. Now, I am not recommending that you go to Urgent Care 1/2 hour before closing. I am letting you know that the staff was amazing. To the security guard who was also professional-Thank You.

BEWARE OF INVOICES....Had a zero balance and just received an untimely invoice with a service date of 2 years old. Went to review with the Billing Dept. in the Newburgh branch and was told that it was an insurance error. I needed to dispute with insurance. Mind you the invoice was from Crystal Run not insurance. Called insurance and they requested a contact person and phone for reviewing the invoice with me. Returned to Crystal Run Newburgh NY and the personnel in the Billing Dept. refused to give me her full name or her Managers name for information needed and closed door on my face. I was not loud or yelled to be treated in the fashion. Later was told her name was ANU. Patients have the right to request and receive public information concerning the service and conduct proper billing ethics with the company who's trying to submit an untimely bill. REALLY 2 YEARS OLD and just realized their error. Patients should clearly verify all invoices and hold onto their receipts. From what I see, more than 2 years! By the way, I do have my receipt showing payment. SHAME ON CRYSTAL RUN Newburgh for their poor respect for patients.

I am always given excellent care from my doctors. The staff from front desk to Nursing have been at the top of their game. I can appreciate this for the challenging situation that it is. Dealing with the public when they are sick isn't easy. I pray we all can treat others as we would like to be treated.
