Let me start by saying that Dr. Blessy is an excellent physician, however i have never in my years if healthcare experience had the displeasure of dealing with such an absolutely incompetent and rude front desk staff. The girls who work at this office are 100% not interested in accommodating the most basic request such as pharmacy preference, and display a horribly rude attitude when i call to inquire about where my medications are. I cannot emphasize enough how brain-dead the front desk staff really are when it comes to the most basic tasks, it blows my mind how they were able to get hired in the first place. Again, Dr. Blessy is an excellent physician who cares for her patients very much, but it's just not worth the trouble of dealing with the front desk staff on a regular basis

I just had an appointment with Dr. Sabu. I have to say the staff was excellent and extremely kind. The woman who does the blood work was so kind and gentle. As for the doctor, I have to say probably the best I've seen in 20 years. As a Dentist, I believe it is very important to establish a proper relationship with the patient and take time to listen to them. Dr. Sabu is the first doctor I have seen in years that wasn't looking at the computer the whole time and running between patients. He really took the time to get to know me and my health. I was treated as a person. Health care is not just taking height, weight, BP and pills. Its seeing someone's lifestyle, their stresses, their mental and physical health. Dr. Sabu did all this. He will be my doctor for life.

Dr Blessey Joesph is a wonderful doctor very caring and professional She takes the time to know her patients and treat them like people not a number her staff is always very friendly and accommodating

Extremely difficult to find a good south Indian doctor. The doctor is okay, I don't mind her. Be warned though, she does ask personal questions that do not pertain to health, e.g, are you married? meanwhile you are not the patient and are there for your parent. This is probably why I hear young people avoid their practice. The biggest issue: Their staff is utterly incompetent!! Sometimes rude and extremely unorganized. They have no common sense or courtesy and clearly they don't keep any notes because they constantly ask the same thing over and over and over again. It's such a headache to deal with them to the point we end up cancelling more often now.

Dr. Blessey Joseph, she's just the best. God bless and keep her. I'm highly satisfied. Excellent service. She makes time and spends quality time with each and every patient. The ladies at the reception desk are extremely nice and respectful.
