No doubt, though, his superior reviews are also a tribute to his supportive cast. Those who run tests and assist are genuine pros who show they have a passion for people and what they do. It is not easy to be at ease seeing a heart doctor, but every staff member treats you genuinely and, if you excuse the pun, in a light-hearted way.

Dr Gleckel and his entire staff are everything you hope for in healthcare. It starts at the top with Dr Gleckel- he asks questions and truly LISTENS to your responses and explains everything thoroughly. He will try a natural approach over medication and make suggestions on diet changes- everything he has prescribed has worked wonders for my health! He has a wonderful bedside manner. From VJ at the reception desk, to Julie in echo testing and Pam in stress testing - they all go out of their way to put you at ease and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Great experience! Every staff person there was kind, welcoming and caring. Receptionists were very personable, professional and welcoming. The nurses, med assistants and the echocardiogram technician were kind and made me feel comfortable. My experience beginning to end was smooth. There is a lot to be said how this office is run. They are truly a great team there and I have not experienced this anywhere else! Dr. Gleckel is great! He listens when I'm talking and does not cut me off and he cares!
