Dr. Spivak is my husband's cardiologist. He is also a PCP. With pain in my husband's lower abdomen when he saw him for a scheduled cardiology visit, not only did Dr. Spivak require a myriad of blood tests but he also: 1. intervened with Northwell's imaging that my husband was able to have an abdomen/pelvic scan on the same day; 2. searched for a 24-hour pharmacy so my husband could take the two prescriptions that relieved the pain and saved us from a trip to the ER that night; 3. gave his number so that my husband could update him if we were able to pick-up the medications or not; 4. had his assistant check on my husband by phone the following two days; 5. made appointments for my husband with another internist and with a gastroenterologist to ensure that no complications are arising; 6. examined my husband's abdomen when he saw us on the 4th day after my husband was seen by the internist. My husband is in very good hands with Dr. Spivak!

There are very few people in life who leave such a deep impact that they change the course of your own path -- Dr. Spivak is one of them. His knowledge and the way he cares for his patients inspired me to become a nurse. He treats every single person as if they were his own family, with compassion, respect, and an unwavering commitment to their well-being. I am truly grateful for the care he has given to multiple family members of mine through the years.

Dr. Spivack is, without question, one of the most exceptional physicians I've ever encountered. He's thoughtful, incredibly thorough, and his depth of knowledge is unmatched. What sets him apart even more is his follow-up -- it's immediate, detailed, and shows how much he truly cares. He doesn't just go through the motions -- he takes the time to explain, to listen, and to make sure nothing is overlooked. I've never felt more confident or supported in a physician's care

Had a 11:30 appointment arrived 15-20 minutes before like I was told. I asked how many people I have in front of me at 11:45 I was told no more than 20 minutes(didn't answer my question) I then directly asked her for a time frame where I was once again told 15-20 minutes. I proceeded to walk out the room. When I received a phone call from this office at 11:48 asking if I was in my car or the reception area I let the person on the other line know that I came back to the reception area to which she stated I will be called really shortly. Fast forward another 15 minutes time stamp of 12:10 when I was finally called in. Got my vitals done and all now I've been waiting another 40 plus minutes for him to come actually see me. Absolutely terrible terrible terrible!!! Currently 1:08pm and I finally got to see Dr. Spivak. Having someone wait in the room for 40 minutes minimum after vitals is absolutely diabolical!! And no I don't need an apology I need you guys to do better way better however he's a great guy but definitely would not be returning ever again.

Hi I would like to say Thank you so much for helping me out..Back in October of last year, I reached out to Dr. Spivak's office, after 6PM.. Left a voicemail on their answering machine and within 30 minutes I got a call back from Dr. Spivak telling me that he wants me in his office the next day at 12 PM as I had some chest pains, he would not take no for an answer.. When I arrived my pains were even worse and again he made it clear the only place he wanted me to go was the hospital to get looked at..I am so glad I reached out to Dr. Spivak's office.. His staff was exceptional, and they kept calling me to make sure I was coming in the next day for my CAT scan and hospital emergency room visit As my chest pains were really excruciating but Thank God, they didn't find any blockages or blood clots.. Dr. Spivak put me on some antibiotics and strong medication and followed up with me almost every day for the next two months and I am so grateful that he was there to help me because I've never met a doctor so caring about his patients..like Dr. Jeff Spivak.
