Dr. Evan Schwarzwald

Got here 10 minutes early for an 11:15 appointment. Still waiting 2 and a half hours later. Happens every time. Staff seems to be having a holiday party in the back. And the room is still packed with people waiting robbe seen. Awful customer service.

I have seen Dr. Schwartzwald and he's an amazing doctor very helpful and detailed, the only thing that is terrible is the wait time be prepared to wait an hour and a half or more and I'm being serious. My appointment was a 2:30pm. I got there at 2:27pm it is now 4:55pm and I'm just leaving.

Always a great experience. Dr. Schwarzwald is always focused. Yes his office is busy and often delayed but worth the wait. He never rushes you and makes sure all your questions are answered.

Great doctor terrible office. I use to see Dr.Schwartzwald in Langone many years go. I followed him at Northwell. As the years went by the waiting kept increasing. He would see me for one minute and then someone else would finish the visit. So you wait 1 hour to see him for 1 minute. One day I had a 10:45 appointment. I showed at 10:15 they didn't call me to 12:05. I go in to the room, some physician assistant came ask me questions and left. Hour later waiting the assistant told me to come out and sit in hallway to wait for doctor. It was 2:30 I asked the girl how long I had to wait and she said she didn't know. At 3pm I left and never went back to that office. They never called, never apologized. 5 hours and never saw a doctor and they probably bill the insurance company. Worst experience ever.

Dr. Schwarzwald, is great. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and is a very attentive doctor. His staff goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.
