Dr. Decter is very caring, supportive, understanding and compassionate. I totally enjoy the entire staff, they are very professional and supportive too. I am glad that I have chosen him to look after my "heart" because together we are co-managers in my healthcare journey. He is willing to listen to your concerns and I have never felt rushed. Worth the wait if you have to wait ... Thank You.

I have been Dr. Decter's patient for about a year. He squeezed me in less than 24 hours after a cardiac event. He diagnosed my issue in that appointment. After a few appointments he found a medication that could be a lifelong solution, so far it has been about 10months and no issues. I found it easy to talk with him about my condition and overall situations to help plan a path to avoid future cardiac issues. He was recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Part of the policy is to leave a credit card tab open for any incidentals your insurance won't cover. In this day where identity theft is so common. Why would a patient agree to write all your credit card information (credit card number, + 4 security digits, and exp date) and signed documents that allows them to charge anything. Awful experience. This is not someone that want to care for a patient this is solely a FINANCIAL transaction. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!

Very Good Doctor. Knowledgable and cares. Be prepared for a wait, I have waited on average 35 minutes; my last appoint was scheduled for 6pm, and I didn't see anyone until 6:35pm.

Spent close to 2 hrs in the waiting area waiting to be called to see the doctor. Received an attitude from the personnel when asked how mych longer i had to wait. Left the office, did not see a doctor, wasted 2 hrs of my time.
