This rating isn't for the doctor but my overall experience. I called to make an appointment and of course gave my Medicare Advantage Plan information. I have Wellcare (one of the largest) and was told that it was accepted. The appointment was almost 3 months down the road but I figured I'd wait. Well the day finally came, I took off from work and drove the hour in the pouring rain to Crystal Run in Newburgh. Very disappointed that when I got there I was told she doesn't take Wellcare. When you have a bad heart 3 months can mean life or death. Very unprofessional.
