Dr Winchester- Penny is fantastic. I can't say for the same for the process with Crystal Run. I went to the appointment only to review last year's results again. Why because they refused to let me get the required test before the appointment. What a waste of my time. Then wait 6 weeks to get the test and another 6 weeks to see the Dr. . If you have a choice avoid Crystal Run.
My cardiologist communicated explained and listen to my concerns. It's been a few years since I've been back to see her and so she ordered test for me to ease my mind and to make sure there's nothing that we're missing. She was good. The first time I seen her and she was even better this recent. She's one of the few I would not change Winchester penny
Dr. Winchester-Penny hands down the greatest. Be prepared to wait for a VERY thorough examination. She went down the line and was so knowledgeable and reassuring about some concerns I had. I am glad she is my Dr.
Fifteen minutes allotted time with the doctor just did not allow me to cover all my concerns and questions. Sorry I just felt hustled. Otherwise the provider was super smart and knowledgeable, which is why I keep coming back. But not enough time with patients.
