Northwell Health Physician Partners Cardiology and Medicine Specialties at Merrick

I personally have been going to this office for about 5 years and its been a great find i see two different doctors here they're both great. Most importantly the staff at front desk is always very quick and willing to help especially a young lady they have her name is Eboni Burke. She is so delightful and pleasant i enjoy speaking with her when i visit this site. Ahe so helpful with anything you need so grateful for her. All the ladies there are very pleasant and willing. I thank you all for your help and appreciate your services.

Terrible telephone service. We can wait forever listening to musical tape recordings in order to speak with someone in the office . Such a waste of our time ! I am leaving my two physicians there , my cardiologist and PCP , and will get my health care somewhere else. If a very, very wealthy corporation like Northwell, cannot even provide excellent superior telephone service for us ,I cannot waste my time anymore listening to tape recorded music .

Not mad at the nice ladies who were at the desk. Just upset of how their systems are operated. Went to get my physical today and stated that the doctor is not in. No phone call no email. Tried to reschedule but the next opening was all the way in August. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened. Make sure to email or call people more ahead of time before the appointment is canceled...

Horrible. Good luck every trying to get in touch with your doctor in a normal amount of time. They must overbook like crazy here because you have to wait several months before being able to make an appointment with your doctor. And if there's an issue you need addressed in a timely manner, forget it - may as well find somewhere else. Horrible horrible horrible.

Phone tag and always says scheduling is another person's issue and that they will call for follow-up. Never get through to anyone, the secretaries can't grasp appointment making, very frustrating because I really do like my doctor, Shital Rana. But the practice itself needs a redo. I'm post-part I'm with no medication left and they don't care.
