Doctor Cher has been my doctor for 8 years now. She has been nothing less than absolutely FANTASTIC with me and my whole family. She cares and will MAKE SURE you feel better. She is the best doctor I have ever seen. Thank you Doctor Cher for your kindness!

Dr. Natalie Cher, DO is a very caring person to her patients. Dr. Cher does her job very professionally and thoroughly. I get excited when I know I have an appointment because Dr. Cher takes her time to listen to my questions and answers them with details. I also appreciate that she asks about my family. Any referrals that is needed, she makes sure they're around your home area. I highly recommend having Dr. Natalie Cher, Do.

Dr. Cher is very thorough in her approach to patient care. She is smart and very proactive. She is also trained in Functional Medicine which makes her even more unique while she works in an allopathic medical context. She has more knowledge about hormones than any gynecologist I have seen. I highly recommend her to any patient with hormone issues.

I waited 6 weeks for my first appointment, only for them to the week of ask to reschedule. After seeing Natalie for the first time I was sent a prescription that never made it to the pharmacy according to them for an eye stye. I gave it 24 hours and still no script, I called the doctor and after 23 minutes of hold, I was told they'll let her know. I gave it another 24 hours to be sent and never sent, by day 3 stye was gone so I thought it was OK. It came back three weeks later the day I was traveling to Spain for work. I called the office right when they opened the first person I spoke to was very nice, said should be able to send script no problem and second person I spoke to, 3 hours later was after being on hold for 32 minutes was extremely rude. I had to show up to the office to get them to speak with Dr. Cher and was told I need to see NP for the SAME REASON I WAS ALREADY SEEN WEEKS BEFORE. Had the script been sent the first time I wouldn't be in this situation. You're another number in this office, do not go here if you want a physician and doctors office that cares. I've been looking for a while this place just isn't it. So disappointed and letting my insurance know they charged us both for the same thing and this place is most likely scamming insurance and patients as much as they can. Currently crying in their office lobby thank you for this. Also the NP talked to me like I was in his kindergarten class. Will not be back, thank you for being another disappointment. Reviews that are positive not recent and now we know why.

My Doctor retired and I needed to find a new doctor after 10 years of being his patient. I decided to try Dr. Cher. I had all of my medical records sent to her office. My exam consisted of listening to my lungs and taking my bloodpressure. NOTHING else. I'm used to getting a full exam as I have health issues. Stomach, leg swelling, carotid artery, getting weighed , throat checked, etc. She didn't check any of these things! I won't be going back! Her only concern was about the zanax I take for anxiety ( that I've been taking for 15 years) She was trying to talk me into anti- depression medications! I am not depressed!! And she also told me to see a psychiatrist!!!! I have high bloodpressure, high cholesterol, closed left carotid artery, had a few TIA"s. I should have gotten a FULL examination from her. I would not recommend her to anyone unless you don't have any serious health issues!
