Dr. Brian L. Vogel, M.D., Primary PartnerCare

I have been a patient of Dr. Brian Vogel for many years and truly believe he is the best, most friendly doctor around. From the moment you walk into the office, his staff is incredibly welcoming, kind, and always accommodating. Dr. Vogel consistently takes the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that's easy to understand. Even when you're seeing him for a concerning issue, he never makes you feel scared. He speaks in a calm, reassuring manner, and his bedside manner is better than any doctor I've ever encountered. I have referred several family members to Dr. Vogel, and every single one of them has commented on what a great doctor he is after meeting him. I originally started seeing Dr. Vogel when I lived in the next town. Even after moving out East three years ago, I continue to drive West just to remain his patient--that alone says everything. One experience that really meant a lot to me happened a few weeks ago when I stopped into the office with a health concern that was worrying me. The staff was able to squeeze me in within an hour, and Dr. Vogel helped ease my fears immediately. When I thanked him for seeing me, his response was, "Of course, I didn't want you to lose sleep over something if you didn't have to." That level of care is rare. If you are looking for a doctor or are on the fence about switching, I highly recommend Dr. Brian Vogel.

Horrible office. I came in FIRST patient before anyone came in due to an emergency in my eye, needed to see a specialist right away and was hoping I could get some help, just needed to have the Dr look quickly and get a referral since he is my primary Dr. I had my baby waiting for me and needed help asap. Was told they couldn't take me. Didn't accommodate at all. I understand that there is appointments but if there is an emergency they should have more compassion!!!! Especially if you are the only patient in there? Don't go here. Lazy workers and don't care. The front desk girls Had much attitude too. I worked in an office before. I would NEVER treat anyone the way they treated me. If a patient needed help we would have done anything to help. Now I will have to pay OOP to see my specialist cause they were too concerned with arguing with me then helping me. Take the other complaints on here as a sign. Look how they respond arguing too. They would rather argue then actually help out someone in person.

While I think the doctor is a good doctor, I am currently sitting in the office for my 5:00 apt. I stated that I needed to pick up my son at 6:00. Here it is 5:51 and I'm still waiting. This is only my second time here. My first visit I was here for 2 hours. They make you pay up front probably so you don't walk out. My time is valuable too! I don't think I will Be sticking with this office!

Dr. Vogel is a compassionate, smart, and patient doctor. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns.

Dr Vogel is an excellent Doctor. Listens, explains, he is thorough, n compassionate. He knows what to do with any diagnosis...I give him 10 stars!!!!!!!
