Henry Michael Zupnick, MD

I saw Dr Zupnick last week for my 1st visit. He was extremely comprehensive, kind, and meticulous to all the details in my medical history. He answered all my questioned and personally called me 2 days later with my blood test results. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for an excellent primary care physician.

Yesterday I visited the office with a concern matter. My visit with Dr, Zupnick felt rushed. He referred me to a surgeon for a second opinion. He wrote down doctor's name for me to give to front desk staff. After leaving room, I took info to front desk staff as directed. I said hello to woman at desk, she did not reply or no acknowledgement. She just reach out took paper from with not one word with a serious face. She looked up into and wrote doctor's info on a piiece of paper and just handed it to me with not ONE WORD. I had to ask her what do I need to do. She was so cold and abrupt with her reply. I decided to call the doctor office right in front of the desk just in case if there was any issues for me to pass on the desk. When I spoke to referral office they told me the doctor was on vacation. Dr. Zupnick happened to be at the desk, I said to him doctor was on vacation. I can't wait until two weeks to see him. So the office on the phone referred me to another doctor. They was also very pleasant and helpful over the phone. I was very displeased with the service at Dr. Zupnick's office, front desk clerk. I left feeling like they did not care especially when I came in with a serious concern with my health. I feel worst when I left there. Want the clerk should of done was called the office to make a appointment for me. It would of make thing easier and also showing that ther was care there for the patient.

Dr.Zupnick's office staff are totally incompetent and should not be in the medical field. Dr Zupnick should be made aware that the people who represents his practice are doing shoddy and substandard work with a total indifference to his patients needs.

Dr Zupnick provides excellent medical services and explains things so it is easily understood. He also takes time to explain things and does not rush you out of the office. The front office is a mess but once you pass go you will be pleasantly surprised

I have been diagnosed with covid and I have reached out to Drs office 3 times for advice or medicine. No one has reached out to me. I have asked for a tele conference but no response, either. I am miserable with symptons and no where to turn. Truly disappointed
