This office has a serious communication problem. They NEVER answer the phone, and voicemails--no matter how urgent--are rarely, if ever, returned. I'm currently dealing with a significant insurance issue and neither I nor my insurance company can get anyone to call us back, despite multiple attempts. This isn't a one-time thing--it's routine. Every time I'm in the office, there are several staff members at the front desk, so it's hard to understand why it's so difficult to reach someone or receive a callback in a reasonable time frame. Overall, the quality of care during appointments is good, but the office's failure to communicate makes things incredibly frustrating. Update: still haven't been able to get anyone to call me back. Dropped the rating down 1 star. If you are thinking of becoming a patient here, DON'T. The services aren't worth the aggravation. I really recommend going elsewhere. Office staff cannot answer a phone, return a call, or do their job efficiently.
