CityMD Lindenhurst Urgent Care - Long Island

I walked in and was greeted by Megan at the desk and she was very helpful and nice and taken to a treatment room by Alanna Felix who checked my vitals before Dr Maurischat came in and carefully and painlessly stiched up my hand. All these professionals could not have treated me any better and made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend this walk in clinic and am very grateful for the care I received

Wow!! If I could give 1/2 a star I would!! I went here for an assessment and a note for my work. I have excellent insurance AND I'm fully covered under my husband's insurance as well!! Because they can bill for more $$ they decide they want to go through no fault insurance. I'm sorry, I didn't know CITY MD were ambulance chasers. I know now.

Walked in, doctor said he couldn't help and did nothing, walked out, $300 bill later they have the wrong insurance and arent able to update my account for some reason they dont know. So if you change your insurance you can never go back

I hate when a doctor feels they know your body better than you. He totally disregarded my complaints and chose the treat me off his diagnoses. Well my back isn't the problem and my kidneys still hurts. I will never return here if he's the doctor. Ever. If I could spell his name I would've posted it.

Doctor gave me very misleading information that could have possibly put me at risk of dying without a different opinion. Told me I can play sports with mono while I went to hospital and they said god no that's a big no no you can rupture your spleen. So nice job doc. Also was left in a room for 50+ minutes with not a single patient there it was just me, they did rapid testing which took nearly a hour. Terrible.
