My family and I have been going to Dr. Levine's office for years. I have always found it easy to get in contact with the office- they operate and respond within their listed hours. The staff are charming (they act like a family), they all are super helpful and professional. I've never had any delays of results. Minimal to normal wait times in the lobby for appointments. If I leave a message with the nurses' line about medication etc, they get back to me promptly.
It took 6 weeks to get back my results I would call no answer back, ended up going to a different clinic got my results within a week
