The service here is super terrible! I made a call to schedule an appointment and because I asked if there was someone who spoke Spanish they told me no! That they didn't have to have someone who spoke Spanish because English was spoken here! (when he said here he was obviously referring to the fact that English is spoken in the US) Also, since I spoke English, what was the problem? Yes, I speak English but I feel better if I express myself in Spanish and that was the reason why I asked! But the man who answered me: He spoke to me with attitude, he even spoke to me in another language, I don't know if he was Asian but he sounded similar and then he said to stop harassing him, only because I told him that: They should have a person who speaks another language because English is not an official language of this country! and I hung up on my call! I called again and asked his name and it became clear that it wasn't him! when I heard his voice and I know he was the same person! seriously Dr: NATHAN ROTHAMM should be more careful and watch the people who are answering the phone because they are RACIST people and they play at being the victims! I never knew the name of the person who answered my call but it was exactly at 2:39 pm - 06/25/24, I should check the cameras and see who the person who answered was because this had never happened to me in my entire life. It is the first time that I feel so humiliated, so classified and at the same time so helpless, because I am sick and the person who is supposed to help me is the person who has treated me so badly just for asking if there was someone who spoke Spanish or another language
