I have had two unfortunate experiences with this practice and enough is enough... this is a medical facility that is only concerned about schedules and making money apparently. This is dehumanizing in all sorts of ways because hey, you are dealing with human beings who need health care. More care one can receive in a post office.
Medical staff are unprofessional, unhelpful.
