Cayuga Heart and Vascular

If I could give them a negative number of stars I would. This is by far the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. The office is run so incompetently that it's hard to get any care. And then when you do get some "care" it of such poor quality that you wish you had not gotten it. This is a shameful excuse for a cardiology office. The care I got here was abusive and dehumanizing. I would not go back there if I was having a heart attack. Avoid this place at all costs.

Trying to get a prescription refilled is as bad as pulling teeth. Despite the purported hours of operation, no one answers the phone after 4pm. Despite the pharmacy notifying them, and my calling for 3 days, the refill order is yet to happen.

I've been to cayuga institute for my heart checkup

This morning I arranged for a 2:00 appointment at the triphammer location. I asked for the address and was told to go to 2432 Triphammer. When I arrived I was told that the appointment was for a different location. They said they could get me an appointment for mid July. I drove 40 minute to get here because of chest pains and am very concerned about their lack of professionalism. I suppose the Doctors are ok, but the lack of attention to details by their office staff is very concerning.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION and unprofessional, easily the worst medical facility I've ever been to.
