Dr Pondok is personable and very knowledgeable. I appreciate that she listens to my concerns and addresses them. She orders diagnostics as needed without hesitation. She explains things in a way I can understand. I have total confidence in her as my Cardiologist.
Dr. Pondok is wonderful. She takes her time and listens carefully. Also, she follows up and is punctual. Her assistant is very professional and easy to speak with.
I felt very comfortable with the staff and Dr Pondok. She was attentive and informative. I would recommend her to everyone.
I have not seen this Doctor and am not a patient at Columbia. I am not sure how I got this survey. I would be keenly interested if someone other than me was using my Medicare to get medical care at Columbia.
She was pleasant but not particularly forthcoming with information. The visit was short but lack any sense of connection.
