Everyone was great efficient friendly competent. I didn't have to wait more than five minutes. My PA examined me carefully made recommendations ordered bloodwork, tests, ultrasound, and then called me twice to follow up to make sure I understood the results. I would definitely recommend this place. It was seamless.

Went in for a respiratory infection. Made a same day appointment the day before a holiday weekend. Had a bit of a wait but not unreasonable considering (in and out in just under an hour). All staff were warm and friendly. Nurse took info on my condition, drug history, etc.. and the "provider" (the provider was a physician's assistant, not a doctor) checked me out, confirmed my lungs were clear and gave me a few prescriptions to help relieve the symptoms which I was able to pick up at the local pharmacy within an hour. All in all, I was pleased with the process. Also found the online registration and booking the appointment to be simple. ** Removed a star - I cannot access their online portal site to get a copy of my visit summary. System doesn't recognize me. Then it locks me out...it's a mess.

We highly recommend these doctors because my daughter was unwell, and we visited them almost at closing time. Despite the inconvenience, everyone was incredibly patient and kind to her. She's only six, and she even vomited in the office. Despite this, everyone treated her with immense love and care. Thank you so much!

I had a bad experience. The provider did not know I had been at the clinic three days before, even though the nurse had-she didn't look at my patient record. As soon as she realized this she scolded me for not letting the antibiotics run their course. She was very condescending-I was very worried and she was very dismissive of my concerns. My arms and torso had broken out in hives, and she accused me of scratching and "spreading it". I did not have poison ivy, and besides, poison ivy does not spread by scratching. The provider was hard to understand when she spoke quickly, which was most of the time. My daughter was also there for a separate problem. The practitioner was gentle with her, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, when I told an acquaintance who works in a local ER, she immediately said that my daughter had been given the wrong antibiotic and the wrong treatment. So we brought my daughter to Peconic Pediatrics who confirmed that none of my daughter's treatment was correct. My experience was very upsetting, and I will be asking what practitioner is working there before I go again. I might stop using Northwell clinics entirely.

There's never a wait, the staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I've been using this facility for the last 5 years and I continue to have great experiences! Thanks for all you do.
