I have been a long time patient of Dr. Ragno. but my last experience was the worst. Fortunately my cardiac issues only become serious to me in 2023. Medication being needed and referrals for further work up. The office lacks direction and supervision. Documentation was inappropriate for professional NP/PA's and the medical record department was nasty and unprofessional resulting in my not obtaining an appropriate referral to the doctor of my choice.. When trying to express my concerns to Dr. Ragno, he literally started yelling at me, belittling and unprofessional. He doesn't want to hear poor performance of his office and now himself. This incidence occurred over a course of time with the office but Dr. Ragno was the end of the 2023 and I am still waiting for a professional apology from him. I would not refer him to anyone.
