Dr. Phillips diagnosed me accurately and did a great job on the surgery. He gets straight to the point and doesn't waste time during appointments. I had a serious foot fracture and he gave me an accurate timeline to recovery. The front desk is kind and efficient. There was only one time where I was seen past my appointment time but other than that no complaints.

I was recently a patient here and after all the bad experiences I've had I finally had to switch. Never had such bad experiences with a doctor office. They take forever to answer to phone, they are so rude when they finally do. I had Dr. michaelides and have nothing good to say about her, spents about 30 seconds with me, didn't acknowledge any concerns, had to make a follow up visit for every separate problem I had which they blame on insurance but any other doctor I go to isn't like that. Office just has horrible management and below average doctors. Don't recommend It's not worth the headache.

This practice is the worst run medical office I have ever had to deal with. If your doctor isn't available the other doctors in this will not see you. If you try to make an appointment and ask who is covering for your doctor they will tell you that is not decided. This has happened to multiple times. If you ask to speak with an office manager or supervisor you will be told they are not available. If ask that someone from practice would please you back you will be told they call you tomorrow but call will never occur again this has happened multiple times. The office staff literally lied to you to get you off the phone because they don't want to be bothered with having to deal with their patients. I was forced into becoming my own primary care physician because this practice is useless and doesn't care about the patient. I urge any new patients to seek another practice because this practice is so poorly run. The office called me to see if I wanted to set up an appointment on Monday October 21. I said no because their front desk lied to me multiple times while Dr. Michaelided was out on maternity leave and I wanted to make sure she knew how her office treated her patients when she was out. I found out she had to aware of their behavior and she supported their actions when I got a callback on Tuesday October 22 and told that she would only speak to me if she if it was scheduled as virtual visit. So money is all Dr. Valerie Michelin's cares about. I was trying to warn her that her office was acting in an unethical manner. She did not care about that. I was suffering from bone cancer I ended up needing emergency surgery last March 1st. I had no primary care doctor. I had to act as my own primary care doctor. It took me 3 months before I was finally diagnosed by the time the tumor destroyed my entire 10 vertebrae and was pressing against my spine if not for a great surgeon who removed the tumor put in two titanium rods and used cadaver bone to try repair my vertebrae. I have since completed radiation treatment and I am currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Doctor Michaelides knows this because she has assess to all my medical records but she doesn't care. All she cares about is money and I now know she doesn't care that her office lies to her patients. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS AND AVOID DOCTOR MICHAELIDES AT ALL COSTS YOUR LIFE WILL BE AT RISK

if i can give 1 star i would! this place has declined over a short amount of time. no one EVER picks up the phone and when they do you're either greeted with an attitude or a dial tone. and i truly hope you're listening, mr. dowling! judging by the reviews, this place needed restructuring a long time ago.

We checked in at 3:05 for a 3;30 appointment. Just put into a room and we have yet to be seen by Dr. Michaelides and it is now 4:25. Annoyed by the wait time as many other people have come and gone. Lets see how the doctor rates. So far not good as my daughter is a new patient. If a patients gets charged a fee for no shows. Should the doctors also be held to the same standards. Why make the patient wait so long. This is not the ER. So I have to say the good with the bad. DR. MICHAELIDES was worth the wait. She was thorough, patient and understanding. Were keeping her. The phelebomotis Donna was amazing. My daughter is a very hard stick and Donna was able to get blood on the first try, thank you as my daughter has been poked and prodded enough.
