I had two appointments with Dr. Palma. During the second, he had suggested a medication he had already prescribed me. I did not get the sense that he was actively listening or proactive about my health concerns. Despite availability, he may not see you if he does not believe your health concern warrants it. I do not recommend.
Doctor Palma is very caring, he listens to your concerns, and gives you the best options for your treatments. The waiting time is just like any other busy medical office, but is worth my time, my health comes first!
One of the office receptionists was so rude and disrespectful, wouldn't give me her name , I asked her to mind her tone and the way she was speaking to me and she kept being rude I asked for her name and the manager she HUNG up the phone on me.
Had an appt today my 2nd appointment with this guy. Went to the drs office and was told "sorry, the dr is unable to accomodate you". Wasted my time.
