I am absolutely livid with this guy. He is unbelievably rude and unhelpful, showing no concern for his clients whatsoever. His impatience is infuriating, and it's blatantly obvious that all he cares about is squeezing as much money out of you as possible. The disrespect he shows is intolerable and speaks volumes about his lack of professionalism. Each interaction with him feels like a battle, as he never provides a correct answer and seems to delight in making things as difficult as possible. His complete disregard for basic courtesy is appalling. It's clear he has no interest in actually helping or providing a good service. Instead, he focuses solely on how much money he can extract from each encounter, treating clients like nothing more than ATM machines. The frustration of dealing with him is compounded by his dismissive attitude and utter lack of respect. He is the worst - a true nightmare to deal with. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster, leaving me feeling angry and utterly disrespected.

The other reviewers are correct, this practice is very rude and unhelpful. They will never give you answers about your health condition and don't care about your health. They just want to use you for money it's a transaction to get you in and bill you a lot of money. This is the worse cardiologist in New York. The front desk is so rude and disrespectful.

This Doctor is the best Doctor in the world but his staffs are the worst staffs in the world. You just want spite of yourself on them with their bad attitude. Even when you trying to be friendly with them, they talk & treat you with so much disrespects. There's one skinny Chinese girl there, never smile and look so mean and wicked. I go there because you cannot find a great & honest Doctor like Doctor Joseph Ma, So humble and caring.

Dr Ma is the BEST CARDIOLOGIST. But his staff workers are LIFELESS AND sumetimes very Rude. VERY. This is what happens when the doctor is soo busy that he doesent even notices or cares as long as the waiting room is full.

DO NOT GO TO Joseph MA MD office. The staffs in the office are very rude and unfriendly. They are not professional; you will never get correct answers from them. The team of MD Ma office is super terrible I have never seen. If you hate someone, just recommend him/her to go there....
