But she is comprehensive in her study . She take cardiology and medicical practice very serious. She has comprehensive knowledge of allopathic and naturopathic medical protocols. GD. I've seen Dr. Lee since October 2018 for chest pains. Everytime I go I spend atleast 2 hours here due to over or double booking. The "supervisor"/nurse Annie? Is ALWAYS so rude and always has a nasty attitude or tone. I've first been diagnosed with pericardial effusion through an echocardiogram in which was not explained properly to me. The doctor stated 'oh, I don't want to scare you, did you get the COVID vaccine" I had to do my own research to fully understand the condition. And most recently, I was supposed to be scheduled for a echo and stress test mid October. Turns out I was never scheduled. So I asked them for an appointment and was offered one 1 month later. I had chest pains as well, so the receptionist told me I can walk in but I would just have to wait. I showed up and then was told by that ANNIE person, that she refuses to see me because I was showing and portraying my frustration when they told me they won't. I explained to them I came from a long way and I cannot come to flushing, their office whenever I pleased in which was explained to them the prior day when I was asking about walking in/appointment. HORRIBLE receptionist service, and HORRIBLE supervisor NASTY NASTY attitude. She was also wiggling her fingers and pointing her fingers at me while all this. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF COURTESY. This office is more about hurriedly seeing as many patients as possible for $$.

Ridiculously long wait time. Stupidly overbooked. I would give negative score if I Google allows me. First visit, 1 wait time for 5 minutes with the doctor and 2 extra hours wait for 15 minutes doing the ultrasound. Second visit 2.5 hours wait before I was admitted, and I had to wait even longer for stress echo. This is not even "busy" this is unprofessional. There were only two tiny room in the clinic but about 10-15 patients waiting the whole time. Understaffed + limited space + overbooking = disastrous long wait time

This person is the worst doctor I have ever encountered, bar none. She schedules five or six patients at the same time, even if you have an appointment. You end up waiting in her office for over two hours. Her medical skills are equally dreadful. She claims to be a cardiologist, but she fails to detect any heart-related problems. Instead, she simply prescribes medication and tells you to come back for a follow-up in six months (assuming you're still alive by then). In short, for the sake of your own safety, please never visit this doctor for treatment.

Not sure why everyone is quick to give this place a bad reputation. I've been here several times before making this review. The staff have been nothing less than friendly, wait time for my appointment has been minimal, and Dr. Hung-Sam Lee herself is empathic when discussing all of my concerns. For those of you complaining, if you want top notch private care then put up the money and go get it. This office accepts most insurances to my knowledge, professional and the doctors here care about their patients.
