My mom has an appointment for ultrasound this morning and she arrived before but no one is there. She waited until her appointment time but still no one is there. She keeps trying to call the office number and even after 1 hr but still no one answer. This is very unprofessional and not respectful of client's time. We will switch another clinic.

When my right leg started swelling with no pain I went to two doctors, had several tests done and they found nothing wrong. By the time I found doctor kim, both legs were swollen and I was in constant pain. Upon reviewing the forms I filled out, several tests were done on the spot. I had to sit in the waiting area in-between tests, but it was worth it because not only did they find a blood clot in my right leg, a second one was discovered near my spine when I went in for a Stent implant. My legs are back to normal thanks to dr. Kim and his professional staff. I have recommended him to family and friends because when it comes to the heart and veins, there is no time to waste.

A few years back i took my dad who had pain in his legs daily especially at night and removed some of his veins after careful testing. After that and one more appointment my dad no longer had pain. He was very kind. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member and have.

This doctor lacks judgment. At the beginning, it was detected that the perforated blood vessels were severely blocked in both legs, requiring blood vessels to be opened on both sides. The legs required separate surgery. After one leg was operated on, the doctor arranged to operate the second leg a week later. The patient felt that the one-week interval was too close and needed time to rest. He would go to the clinic for a check-up after a month. After the doctor perforated the leg and needed to make an appointment for surgery on the second leg, he said the blockage was not serious. He also said that there was no need for surgery, so the patient suffered the pain of a perforated leg in vain. Very unethical.

I saw Dr. Kim today at his flushing office. I was impressed with front desk intake. It was efficient, friendly and organized. I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment. I was inside a patient cubicle at 11:22a.m. The curtain on the cubicle was drawn immediately for privacy. I waited another 15 minutes for a physicians assistant to appear. Once present, the physician's assistant moved things along briskly. She took my blood pressure immediately and proceeded to ask me a series of diagnostic questions. Dr. Kim then appeared via face time on his office phone. He listened attentively to my story, examined the three base line cardiograms forwarded by my primary care physician and then issued instructions to his P.A. My cardiagram was done quickly without fuss. Upon completion, Dr. Kim appeared via face time again and went over it with me. He formulated a plan and clearly explained how to move forward. It was easy to make follow up appointments. Please note, that I was not put off because I did not see the doctor personally. I left certain, that arrangements would be made as quickly as necessary for an in person visit if required.Telemedicine is now a normal in our virtual world.
