Dr. Stephen S. Lee, MD

My fiance made an appointment today at 4:15PM. We got there 15 minutes earlier to fill out whatever forms we have to fill out. We weren't even greeted. It was ten minutes in when we were given a new patient form to fill out. Took less than a minute, handed it to the receptionist and we just waited... 30 minutes passed.. My fiance and I are just passing time, just talking. We check the time and 1 hour and 40 minutes passed. We go up to the receptionist to ask how much longer until he can be seen and she says "there were a lot of new patients today." That is not an excuse. It's common curtesy to tell us there's a bit of delay when we walk in just so we know or at least a phone call asking if we can come by ___ because of a delay. Not to mention, she said there are 3 more patients ahead of us(which doesn't make sense because all three patients came an hour later than when we came). So did they expect us to wait about another 30minutes to an hour? What is the point of making an appointment ? Don't waste your time here.

I've been with Dr.Lee for many years, I trust him and he is always checking in on updates. Thank you

I called for an appointment and someone picked up the phone after the 6th try and the receptionist tells me they are busy but would take a call back number so i give her my info. I call again after a few days cause no one called me back. I get another receptionist and i tell her what happened and she tells me there wasnt any other receptionist that day. Im just wondering who i gave my information to if that wasnt a girl that works there. And also why would you let some random person answer the phone?

Me and my dad have been seeing Dr Lee for years and have always been treated well.
