My mom had to get paperwork from them. She was asking for it for over 3 weeks. The receptionist started screening her call to intentionally not pick up or return her call to give an update. When I called she lied and said she gave my mom an update that they're working on it. That's completely false because I've been next to my mom each time that she has called. When I asked for an estimate as to when it would be completed, she couldn't tell me. She was extremely rude and dismissive. I would avoid.
