If you'd like to go to a team of people who will prove to be the most unhelpful and unprofessional please feel free to go. If you'd like to be assisted in any way shape or form for your health needs please don't waste your time coming here. Every single staff member at the front desk is the most unhelpful person I've ever met in my entire life. I'm not sure how they are still in business when their staff is so unhelpful. Pharmacies, insurance and even google says the doctor or doctor office has to complete your prior authorization, what does this office say? Oh we don't do that. Once they realize they are supposed to do it, and you tell them here is all of the info they say "oh we didn't receive anything from the pharmacy" so then the pharmacy resends it to them and one front desk staff says they got it and they will send it over. You wait that day call back tomorrow and now another staff member says "we didn't get anything" and you tell them well this colleague of yours said you did receive them, so then they put you on hold and then come back and say "we can't do anything". And this cycle goes on for 1.5 months and you still haven't received your medicine that you need because they as the doctor office/prescriber office refuse to do what they are only able to do for the patient. If you wanted to see unwillingness to help from other humans come talk to the front desk staff at cross county. They are the perfect example for it. Oh and when everything else fails, they just simply hang up on you. I'm so disappointed and upset that I wasted so much time trying to get medicine approved and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me. The dr told me oh go to this pharmacy they are helpful so I'm like okay you know what if they'll work with them and give me my medicine I'll go to a pharmacy I don't go to and one that is 30 min away from me as long as I get my medicine and guess what they still don't help. God forbid you're dying and you come here- you wouldn't make it because they are so unhelpful and disrespectful of your time.

I would not recommend Cross county medical care. At least not the location on Meacham Avenue. I was looking for an African American pcp close to home and stumbled upon Dr Belotte, so I scheduled an appointment. I was scheduled for 11:00, got there at 11:06. The waiting room was empty,yet I was called at 11:38. At 12:00 I checked with the front desk who sent me a Dr. Other than Dr.Belotte. It was a woman of Indian descent. I thought she was just there to get the history as I was a new patient. This doctor was rude, ignorant and disrespectful. After learning I had 3 children she asked if I was using contraceptives. Then, asked oh you have a husband, right? When I said yes, she told me I should tell him to get a vestectomy. I laughed it off when I should have put her in her place. I told her we have 3 girls of course my husband wants a boy and she said "well, if you want to put your body through that." So unprofessional. What right does she have to tell me what to do with my womb or to make any judgements about my family? I was seking a pcp not a gynecologist. And for the record , it wouldnt have made it better if it came from one. The doctor then, told me to go to the lab for a blood test and left without directing me, but I was a new patient. In addition, the phlebotomist was not good. I am not scared of getting needles, but let's face it who likes them. She jammed the needle into my arm and left me with a raised bruise. I was then instructed to provide a urine sample with no direction to where the bathroom was located. It was a rally bad experience. The best thing that came out of the experience is that I called the next day and they provided me with all of my results without hesitation. But I could get that, better customer service, professionalism and a doctor of my choice else where. I will not be returning. Enter at your own risk.

On Monday January 25 2021 my husband made appointment to see our primary doctor Belotte, for Wednesday January 27. We were told that she would be in at both locations, Braddock and Meacham. He book and afternoon appointment and I got a morning appointment for 10am. I got to my appointment 15mins early because it was annual appointment. I sign in, they was a couple before me. About 15mins later an other woman walk in. The couple was called. Then the medical assistant called out something, I did not quite heard what she said so both me and the lady got up. She open the door to the office for her. Not once did she said, I am looking for Eudene YardeHope, sorry I made a mistake, please a seat. Then 30mins a gentleman walk in for his appointment, He was taking in, I heard the receptionist said she is sitting there. She said (assistant) I was wondering how last time she was 175 and now I weigh her she is 147. I got up and ask why I was not called. She said I called you, you was outside, I said madam I was sitting here all this time and not once did you correct yourself and acknowledge me. She said I have no reason to lie I did call you ( and that is when I knew she was lying). By this time I was boiling angry. Come to find out after sitting in the office for 2 hrs that Belotte was not even coming to the office till Thursday. I was sooo angry, I asked for another appointment, she was insisting that I see the other doctor that was there. I told the receptionist I needed another appointment for the time Dr. Belotte was going to be in. This assistant kept on being rude while I was talking the receptionist . I have been a patient for FOUR YEARS and this is the WORSE, that I have ever ever been treated at this office. Every time I go there are new staff and not friendly staff at all. Dr. Belotte needs to hire better staff that would treat her patients with better respect.

I tried making an appointment as a new patient, and the receptionist on the phone i am not sure what her name was, i think her name was Lana her customer service was horrible, very rude person to just schedule an appointment kept me on hold for 35 minutes, and kept rushing me for my information. I have family members that wanted me to go there, because they go there and from what they told me they also take very long time to send your prescription in the pharmacy hate this place
